The Selma, North Carolina native will declare for NBA draft and enter the transfer portal. He brought this city and this program so much in talent and character. He put this city on his back and shouted from the hills how much confidence he had in this university and basketball team. Nobody ever told him we that we're kinda "small time".
And that's how you really live life... Thank you to BJ for being such an amazing talent and such a great leader of the Milwaukee Panthers for two very successful and entertaining seasons. No matter where he winds up next and ultimately, BJ Freeman will always be a Milwaukee Panther. And we will never forget how much he meant and how much his legacy means.
