Panthers get 3-star 2025 commit, Stevie Elam

Your Milwaukee Panthers got some more good news this Tuesday with the commit of 6'2" combo guard Stevie Elam. Elam, a 3-star rated member of the D1 recruiting class of 2025, hails from Adrian, Michigan and is quite the "get" for this Panther program.

Elam had offers from Cal-Poly, Miami (OH) and Ball State, among others

Elam was offered in July and didn't wait that long to realize Milwaukee was going to be his college hoops destination. As noted by user, @ghostofdylan on uwmfreak.com Elam was "rated in the Top 40 among point guards and Top 200 among all players nationally". 👀

Reasons for choosing Milwaukee included his first impression upon setting foot on campus: “As soon as I stepped on campus my heart knew where home was. The atmosphere was amazing. Facilities are very nice, and the Panther Arena is just next level. The players and coaches were great, and they made me feel wanted there.”

Elam is a 3-star combo guard and figures to be a force in the Horizon League
